Be inspired by Michelle Erwin
The greatest man in my life, my father Bruce Erwin, was diagnosed with a grade IV brain tumor in July 2010. He has endured brain surgery, chemotherapy and several rounds of radiation in his ongoing battle with cancer.
Sadly, Dad lost his battle with this debilitating disease on 9th November 2011. He fought long and hard, and always displayed amazing strength, perserverance, courage and love.
The support he received throughout his illness from his amazing wife, children, family, friends and all the staff at the Macarthur Cancer Clinic was immeasurable and I will be eternally grateful for everyone's love during the hardest time of my Dad's life.
I chose to undertake this epic ride so that in the future no other family has to endure cancer and it's devastating effect on their lives. If my father can endure weeks of chemotherapy, radiation and an endless barrage of tests, medications and side effects, then I can most definitely ride 200km!!
Any donation that you are willing to make, no matter how small or big, will make a difference. We can and we will conquer cancer together.
Thank you in advance for your help.
